Payments
Payments are securely processed online at the time of booking. Accepted methods include major credit/debit cards.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation start time will incur a charge equivalent to one day’s parking rate.

• No-shows or late arrivals without prior notification will not be refunded.

Billing Issues
For billing concerns or disputes, contact customer service immediately. We commit to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Force Majeure
In events such as severe weather or airport closures, exceptions and refunds may be granted at management discretion.
